1. Make Sure That The Device Power On

Also, check that the paper is placed well in the tray and there is no paper jam.

Soak the print head in lukewarm water or hold it under running tap water for 10-15 minutes.

Wash properly, and then dry the print head by covering it with a dry towel or lint-free cloth sheet.
Now, place it on tissue paper for a minimum of 15 minutes to air-dry.
Place the print head on the cartridge and insert it into their respective slots.

Now, switch back to the Printer and check if the issue is solved.

5. Auto Clean The Printer

Open the Run Utility by pressing Windows + R keys.
In the dialog box, enter control and hit the Enter This will open the Control panel.

Click on Hardware and Sound option from the list.
