xbox one is turning itself off. happens sometimes during gameplay and sometimes just sitting on the home screen. no overheating warning, no error message, just turns off.
tried checking the power settings. the auto-shutoff is set to 1 hour but it’s turning off way faster than that, sometimes after 20 minutes.
not sure if this is a power supply issue, a ventilation issue, or a settings issue. the console is about 4 years old.
