my laptop speakers are at 100% and it’s still not loud enough for the environment i’m using it in. need more volume than windows is giving me.
tried the windows volume slider and it maxes at 100. tried the app’s own volume. both maxed.
heard there are ways to go beyond 100% in windows but wasn’t sure if they work well or if they cause audio distortion or damage speakers.
what’s the best way to boost volume beyond 100% in windows 10? and what are the actual risks, if any? also interested if there are per-app volume solutions, not just system-wide.
