i use AI for property descriptions and it saves time but every listing ends up sounding the same. “nestled in a sought-after neighborhood.” “perfect for entertaining.” “don’t miss this opportunity.” the phrases are technically fine but they’re interchangeable between properties.
buyers notice. i’ve had a few mention that my listings sound like every other agent’s. that’s not what i want when i’ve spent years building a reputation on knowing properties personally.
is there a workflow or a tool that helps with this specifically? i want the AI speed but i need the output to sound like i actually walked through the house.
