Contact DigiCruncher
The fastest way to reach the people who run DigiCruncher is email: hello@digicruncher.com. One address covers everything, from a typo in an answer to a data deletion request. Nathan Cole and Selin Arda read it, and a person replies. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in front of the inbox.
Before you write
If you have a question about an AI tool, a detector score or a privacy setting, the best place for it is the forum itself. A public thread helps the next person with the same problem, and other members can answer as well as the editors. Pick the section that fits, name the tool and plan, say what you are writing and for whom, paste the score or message you saw, and say what you already tried. Specific questions get specific answers. The guidelines explain what a good question looks like.
Use email when the matter should not be public.
What to email us about
- Corrections. If an answer, review or guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page, what is wrong and, if you can, where the correct information is published. We fix the page in place and add a dated note describing the change.
- Account help. If you cannot sign in, did not get a confirmation message, or want to change your display name or email address, write from the address on the account if you can.
- Deletion and data requests. To have your account or personal information removed, or to ask what we hold about you, email us with the subject line "Data request". Details are in the privacy policy. We may ask you to confirm you control the account before we act.
- Reporting a post. For spam, harassment, someone's personal details posted without consent, or a post that accuses a named person of using AI, use the report link on the post. If you would rather not use it, email us the link to the post and a sentence on the problem.
- Copyright notices. If you believe something on the forum infringes your copyright, send the notice described in the terms to this same address. Include the exact page address of the material.
- Tool vendors. If you make an AI writing tool, a detector or a humanizer, you are welcome to write about a factual error in what we have published, or to point us to documentation we missed. We do not trade coverage for payment, and we do not agree to change a review because of a commercial arrangement. If we link to your tool in a way that involves a commercial relationship, we disclose it.
- Press and everything else. Write and tell us what you need.
What to include
A short message with the right details gets a faster answer than a long one without them. Please give us the full address of the page you mean, a description of what you saw and what you expected, and the email address of your forum account if the question is about an account. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents. We will never ask for a password, and if someone claiming to be from DigiCruncher asks for one, it is not us.
How quickly we reply
We read every message. We are a small team, so replies are not instant, and we do not publish a guaranteed response time. Requests about personal data and copyright are handled as soon as we can and without unnecessary delay. If a request is complicated, we will tell you what we need and when to expect a decision.
Things we cannot do by email
We cannot tell you whether a specific piece of writing was written by an AI, and we cannot review or overturn a decision made by your school, employer or a detector vendor. We do not give professional, legal or medical advice. If a detector has flagged you, the forum has threads on documenting your writing process, and you can ask there. For formal disputes, your institution or a qualified adviser is the right contact.
Where we are
DigiCruncher is an online forum at digicruncher.com. We do not run a phone line or a postal inbox for readers. Email is the single channel, and it is the address we use for all legal and privacy notices. See about for who we are.
