The Watch party app is still limited and you cannot watch every video available on Amazon, but it still covers a large library. Using the Amazon watch party app, up to 100 people can watch the same show or movie at once. However, everyone part of the party has to Amazon Prime Video members.

To host a watch party on Amazon, follow the steps given below:

1. Open the Video and look for the Watch Party icon beside the Watch later icon. If you find it, then the video can be hosted and watched at the party.
2. After clicking on the Watch party icon, enter the details of the party like name and click on Create Watch Party option.
3. Under the settings, you will find the Party link that you can copy and share with your friends.
4. If you want to join your friend’s party, simply click on the party link sent by him.
5. Next, sing into you’re Amazon Prime Video account and click on the Join Watch Party option.

4) Scener

Scener is an amazing app that allows users to watch popular streaming platforms, like Netflix, HBO, Disney plus, to watch videos with their friends while conversing over a video chat. The extension is basically the combination of video conferencing and party streaming put together. To use the extension, follow the steps given below:

1. Download and install the Scener extension. Open the extension and permit it to communicate with cooperating websites, otherwise, it won’t work.
2. Open the extension and click on the create a theater option.
3. Register your Scener account and log in.
4. Next, select the streaming platform you want to hold the party on.
5. After that, log in to that streaming service.
6. Select the camera icon and change it to enable it if you want to voice chat with your friends. Next, click on Allow camera and mic.
7. Now, you will be able to share the link of the party or share the code to enter the party.
8. If your friends don’t have Scener, then they will be moved to the download page of it and have to install the extension first to join the room.

Hulu, like Amazon, allows its users of ad-free plans to host a virtual watch party of a maximum of 8 people with a live chat. However, you are limited to stream the content of only those shows and movies that are present in the Hulu streaming library. Users that don’t have the Hulu (No ads) or Hulu (No Ads + Live TV) cannot use the Hulu Watch party feature.

To use the Hulu Watch party feature, follow the steps given below:

1. Open Hulu on your browser.
2. Find the video that you want to watch with your friends. If the video is compatible with to host with your friends, then you will see an icon showing 3 people on the Details page of the video.
3. Click on the Watch Party icon and select the Start The Party option.
4. Share the link with your friends to have them join (8 people max).
